Where it all began

The barber chair taught me something I never expected.

People came in for a haircut, but over time I realized many were looking for more than a service.

They were looking for confidence.

A fresh start.

Someone to listen.

Day after day, conversation after conversation, I witnessed the impact confidence could have on a person’s life.

Not just in how they looked, but in how they carried themselves, pursued their goals, and viewed their future.

That’s when I realized the mission was bigger than barbering.

The haircut was simply the beginning.

The real impact happened through connection, encouragement, faith, and helping people recognize the value that was already inside of them.

What started as a profession became a purpose.

What started as a chair became a platform.

And from that platform, SG3 Culture was born.

More than apparel.

More than barbering.

A culture built with purpose.
